Gold Likes Card.png

Problem

Gold Home was underperforming for both low and high likes count users. Low rSRR users found little value in the blurred grid, while high rSRR users were overwhelmed with low-quality matches and lacked tools to filter or organize. The generic experience failed to address user intent, limiting engagement, satisfaction, and monetization.

Goals

Business Goals

Drive a higher frequency of visit rates and deeper engagement, through personalized and dynamic content, which will increase moments of paid product consideration.

Increase the number of received likes a user has through personalized insights around profile quality or visibility settings (e.g. restrictive age and distance filters).

User Goal #1

As a low-likes user, I want to receive more likes so I have a better chance at matching, and understand the actions and tools (both paid and unpaid) available to me to increase my Likes

User Goal #2

As a high-likes user, I want easy access to a selection of people that are the most relevant to me, so I can reduce time and find quality matches
